I admit..its quite late for this post as a follow up to my previous post in 2011. But nevertheless, its better late then never.
The year 2011 was a major turnaround time for the Sumadhura Sawan project and its owners. Almost all the flats which the builder was supposed to sell were sold off very quickly. The rates kept increasing with the demand. A major advantages which came up recently was the Metro station announcement, very near to the project site. The Euro school also started off with its sessions. And the area was developed with 6 lane tar roads getting layed of for the ITPL connectivity. The area somehow was the quite in the centre of the development happening in and around whitefield and ITPL.
The construction work is in full zoom. The work is as per the schedules. No delays have happened as yet. The builder had promised the handover by the Sept of 2012. Its is quite possible and should not be delayed. The brickwork and plastering work is done. Flooring is going on. The builder has taken care to enhance the amenities. This particular project has given Sumadhura, the much awaited impetus to get into the 60+lakhs builders class. So this model project for the builder would definitely be the scale for evaluation of his work and demand ahead.

Status@May

Hi All,
There has been quite a few updates from the last 2-3months. Work has been in full swing for the Sumadhura Sawan project. Its getting to materialize fast.
The BBMP approval for 224 flats has made the project more lucrative as there is more free space available.
The yahoo groups created by a few of us has now reached >50 members. All the owners are now quite in touch. This has the advantage that we get to know our neighbours before we move in.
Most of us have taken the loan through the SBI and from a common branch for making the things easier for us.
There are almost 95-100 bookings by now and most of them are in the last 2-3 months. Also I came to know many people from my company itself who have booked a flat there.

Sumadhura Sawan - Status@Jan

Hi,
Last year was really hectic. Had been upto many tasks. But it really brought me happiness to book my own flat. Since my office is near to the apartment site, I had been really on my toes to keep myself updated with the developments. Here are a few:
1) Work is going on at a proper pace for the SAWAN project.
SJR unity project, <1km to the Sumadhura SAWAN project which had started bookings on Feb 2010 has less construction done as compared to the SAWAN project which started bookings in Dec 2010.
2) The Euro school has become operational. It is located just next to the Sumadhura SAWAN project. The road leading to the EURO school project needs to be improved.
3) The construction for the basements are in shape now. We can get a clear picture of the basic plan.
4) The BBMP approval is pending. Though Sumadhura has attained the approval of the other parallel projects , but as yet the approval for our project is pending. They will be getting it by January end is what they say.

Also in the process of making people known to each other I have been able to connect to the following people who have booked flats in the project:

Purchased a flat in Sawan, Sumadhura constructions

Hi,
I am creating this blog primarily for my apartment. On 26th Dec,2010 I booked a flat in the Sawan Project.The Sawan Project is located in Whitefield area. Its in a

I have already suffered a lot for the bangalore traffic. So I decided that I needed to get the 2hours daily with my family instead sitting in my car listening to Radio FM.
For all the other people who are planning to either buy or book a flat in the Sawan Project of the Sumadhura Constructions can leave a comment/question. It would be nice to get connected if we are going to be neighbours!
